Description
The EasyFlash PROTO Board features an 8 Mbit, low-voltage, Serial Flash Memory M25P80 with 75 MHz SPI bus interface. Serial memory modules are the most flexible non-volatile memory modules utilized today. Compared to other NVM solutions, the M25P80 memory module offers a lower pin count, smaller package, lower voltage, as well as lower power consumption.
The board is designed for devices requiring higher clock frequency and combines an unprecedented level of technical performance, such as extended temperature range as well as improved speed of operation, and is ideal for applications such as multimedia devices, drives, optical and printing devices.
