The Serial GLCD 240x128 Adapter Board enables you to easily connect your GLCD T6963C (Toshiba) and save MCU pins. A 16-bit I/O expander MCP23S17 can be provided on the board for expanding purposes. It is the only 16-bit I/O expander that features SPI(tm) clock speeds up to 10 MHz for higher throughput applications. A 16-bit remote bi-directional I/O port is connected to the graphic 240x128 LCD, thus decreasing the number of MCU pins needed for running this display.
