4. Watchdog status indicator
   
   • Blinking rapidly at a frequency of 100ms when the watchdog overflows
   • After the watchdog overflows and runs the reboot command, it will blink at a frequency of 500ms if the host is detected as not having powered off
   • Keeps on when the watchdog function is turned on
   • Keeps off when the watchdog function is turned off
