Features At A Glance
The Modbus POE ETH IO 8CH is an industrial 8DI / 8DO isolated digital input / output module with dual Ethernet interfaces control, it supports passive and active digital input. Adopts Modbus RTU / Modbus TCP protocols with built-in protection circuits such as power isolation, optocoupler isolation, resettable fuse, and TVS.
- Onboard voltage regulator chip, supports 7V ~ 36V wide range power supply and PoE power supply
- Onboard unibody power supply isolation, provides stable isolated voltage, needs no extra power supply for the isolated terminal
- Supports passive and active digital input, with bi-directional optocoupler isolation, built in debouncing algorithm. The relay supports digital input linkage control or toggle control
- The output utilizes Darlington transistor with optocoupler isolation for stronger driving capability, up to 500mA sink current, and built-in flyback diode protection
- Features flash-on and flash-off functions, by passing arguments to the command, it is possible to turn on the output for a while and then turn it off automatically
- Rail-mount case design, easy to install, safe to use
- Onboard LEDs for indicating the input / output status, MCU status, and signal transceiving status

Fully isolated digital input / output
Supports passive and active digital input (PNP or NPN), with power isolation and bi-directional optocoupler isolation. Adopts Darlington transistor open-drain output, up to 500mA sinking current per channel for directly driving relays

Supports multiple relay control modes, each channel supports independent

Note: Except for linkage mode, all other modes support relay control via commands.
Support Ethernet Port Cascade and PoE cascade power supply
Onboard 2-ch Ethernet Ports for communication and cascade.
Either one can be used for dual serial server network communication, while the other one can be used for cascading or communication with other devices
* Note: Each module in the cascade needs to be powered individually or using PoE cascade power supply.
