The UPS HAT (E) is an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) expansion board specially designed for the Raspberry Pi series. Onboard battery fuel gauge IC, fast charging chip and high-power buck chip to realize higher power input and output. Supports monitoring the operating state of the HAT via the I2C interface.

It is able to charge the batteries and provide power output at the same time from external power supply
