EEG-PE is passive electrode board assembled with 1 meter shielded cable and connector which plugs in EEG-SMT. They are with four small holes which allow them to be sawed to elastic band, the electrode side is with gold plating, the back side is potted with hot glue to protect the electrodes from dust, humidity.
