Ethernet PHY Board is a prototyping tool with the on-board 100BASE-TX transceiver.
The board includes a 100BASE-TX transceiver LAN8720 and 10/100 RJ45 connector.
Connection pads allow the board to be easily connected to peripheral modules.
Description
The Ethernet PHY Board is a prototyping tool with a 100BASE-TX transceiver LAN8720 specifically designed for embedded electronics, industrial and enterprise applications. The LAN8720 is connected via an RMII interface. It also supports HP Auto-MDIX, employ SMSC’s proprietary flexPWR® technology. In addition, this tool features the 25Mhz oscillator required for PHY operation. On-board RJ45 connector allows easy connection to Ethernet. Connection with external circuits is enabled via connection pads.
