Modbus RTU Protocol | Multiple protection circuits | 7V ~ 36V Wide Voltage

The Modbus RTU Module (A) is an industrial standard mixed input and output module, supports 2-ch relay outputs, 2-ch digital inputs, 2-ch analog current outputs, and 2-ch analog current/voltage inputs. Adopts Modbus RTU protocol with built-in protection circuits such as power isolation, magnetical isolation, resettable fuse, and TVS.

• Supports 7V ~ 36V wide voltage power supply, configurable device address (1 ~ 255), multi devices can be cascaded on RS485 bus
• Supports power isolation and magnetical isolation, enabling power and signal dual isolation for communication, with high reliability and strong anti-interference capability
• Onboard resettable fuse and TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor), effectively suppresses surge voltage and transient spike voltage in the circuit, provides over-current/over-voltage proof, lightningproof & ESD protection
• Supports passive and active digital input, with bi-directional optocoupler isolation, built-in debouncing algorithm. The relays support digital input linkage control or toggle control
• Supports 12-bit high-precision acquisition with multiple range input modes, supports single-ended/differential input, supports voltage and current simultaneous acquisition
• Adopts high-precision resistors and zero-drift high-precision operational amplifier for more accurate data output or acquisition
• High quality relay, contact rating: ≤10A 250V AC or ≤10A 30V DC
• Rail-mount PC flame-retardant case design, easy to install and safer to use
• 3 × LEDs for indicating the MCU status and signal transceiving status

Supports sending Modbus RTU protocol commands via RS485
for digital and analog input/output

Onboard power and signal dual isolation for RS485 communication, provides stable isolation voltage, features high reliability and strong anti-interference performance. Built-in TVS (transient voltage suppression tube) can effectively suppress the surge voltage and transient peak voltage in the circuit, lightningproof & ESD protection. Built-in resettable fuse and protection diode, provides over-current and over-voltage proof, improves shock-proof performance, suitable for industrial environments with high requirement.

Contact rating of the onboard relay up to 10A 250V AC or 10A 30V DC
Directly controlling 220V AC home appliances, or devices below 30V DC
